And yesterday.

On the way to lunch

with Kenny and Shan Ci.

We saw a self defence

demo at Moberly.

One guy was showing how

to defend yrself when

you're being held at throat point with a knife.

All the twists, turns, throw overs.

Then.

Conversation between us.

Kenny: "I think better to kick his lan jiow."

Me: "Ya, then he'll be in such great pain he'll

slash his knife in every direction."

Shan Ci: "Then later he slash yr ku ku jiow."

Silence.

Went back at 930.

Hungry.

Ate mee goreng and 1 chicken thigh,
